How your data is used
This page describes what the Rehera shift records and what happens to it. It is written to be read, not to be skipped.
What is recorded
- The name or reference the company gave when it invited you.
- What you do in the shift: the replies you write, which tickets, records and articles you open, and when.
- Whether text was pasted into a reply, whether you left the browser tab, and how many typing actions each reply took, as counts and durations. Not what you pasted, not which keys you pressed, and not what you did elsewhere.
- Your handover note, if you write one.
The shift does not record video, audio, your screen, your location or the keys you press. If you use the microphone button on a call, your browser's own speech recognition turns what you say into text (some browsers, including Chrome, send the audio to the browser maker to do this). Rehera receives only the text. You can always type instead.
How AI is used
- AI plays the customers, the teammate and the team lead, replying to what you write.
- After the shift, AI drafts an assessment of your work against a fixed rubric. It scores only what you did in the shift. It does not assess personality, emotion, voice, appearance or background.
- Each score must quote your own words, and software checks every quote against the conversation.
- The assessment is a draft for a person. A person at the company reviews it and makes any decision. Rehera never accepts or rejects anyone.
The AI model is provided by Anthropic. The text of the shift is sent to Anthropic to produce the replies and the draft assessment.
If the shift includes a phone call, the caller's lines are read aloud. This is done either by your own browser, or by a voice service called ElevenLabs. ElevenLabs receives only the caller's lines, which are written by the AI in response to what you say. It does not receive your own replies or any recording of you.
Who can see it
The hiring team at the company that invited you, and Rehera for support and to keep the service working. Each company's data is kept separate from every other company's.
How long it is kept
Demo shifts are deleted after 7 days. For a real assessment, the company that invited you decides how long to keep the record and can delete it at any time.
Your choices
You can ask the company that invited you for a copy of your record, for a person to explain the assessment, or for the record to be deleted. You can also write to ankit.gupta@rehera.ai. If you need the shift adjusted for accessibility, for example more time or no phone call, ask the company before you start.
Rehera is at an early, pilot stage. This notice describes how the product works today and will be updated as it changes.
